Customer's can repay the loans via Mobile Money Platform (M-Pesa - Customer to Business). Loan accounts are updated in real-time with the payments received. Customers are notified via SMS on their payments and outstanding balances without the need for any human intervention. System can be configutred to invoke payment requests directly to Customer's mobile number on the due-date to minimise the defaults and errors.
